Take a deep breath.
It may be hard right now and you may feel like you can't see the next time you will be able to pop up for a chance to breathe.
But it will get better.
Your days will eventually get easier and you won't see so much dark.
You won't go to bed with those tears in your eyes anymore and you will feel less empty, you just have to stay positive.
You have to believe in yourself because sometimes that is the only person you can count on.
There will be days where you feel like you are drowning.
You won't be able to breathe and you will feel like everything is fading, but just take a breath.
Remind yourself that this feeling is only temporary.
Every emotion you feel is temporary and it's important you don't let them build up and make you sink.
You are so much stronger than you think and no one will be able to save you as much as you can save yourself.
Life is hard, but you are stronger.
You have a strong heart, a smart mind and you have so many people who love you.
And if there is one person you should never give up on it's yourself.
