Sometimes I can get so caught up in the moment of these times that it slips my mind to thank the one person that changes the game.
I can't explain the things that you do, or the ways that you make me feel, but the things that once may have slipped my mind before - now make sense in ways that once never even crossed my mind in the slightest.
Laying my head on your chest as we watch Netflix is one of the most comforting, home-like feelings and I love every second of it. Thank you for sacrificing feeling in your arm and a full inhalation of air so that I can please my closeness needs. And the big one for you- thank you for dealing with my hair all up in your personal business during our cuddle sesh.
Adventures with you are unlike any other and road-trips (even if just to the grocery store) are spectacular and always full of fun. Thank you for always driving and using your gas and putting miles on your car so that I can jam in the passenger seat. You're a champ.
Holding your hand is one of the simplest gestures that shows your love for me. Thank you for keeping me close and for showing me off in all the right ways. PDA never felt so addictive.
Food is a necessity and we both should take a stock out in Taco Bell at this point - I mean really. Thank you for spending your money on me, for buying me food even when I don't need it and for seeing the fatty side of my skinny self and loving me anyway. Most importantly here - thank you for keeping your cool (the best you can) when my indecisive side comes out and I can't make up my mind on what to eat.
Moods come and go and we both know I can be a grumpy goose. Thank you for sticking by my side even when I make you want to pull your hair out, and for choosing to stay with me when you'd rather run for your life.
Going out somewhere can be a real pain in the buttocks (or maybe I'm the pain). Thank you for not getting mad at me and for being as patient as you can with me when you're waiting on me to get ready. A trip to the grocery store can easily turn into a 15 minute glam sesh.
Pictures are my thing and definitely not yours - you make this very clear. Thank you for always sucking it up and taking all 1,000 pictures and their retakes that I ask. I know it isn't your favorite "past-time activity," but it makes me a happy camper and my snap story stays fresh af.
I'm a lot to handle and most certainly stubborn, but thank you for always encouraging me to keep my attention at where it's needed and for keeping me grounded, even when I give you sass.
There's so much I could thank you for that I don't ever do, but I just want you to know that I notice all of the little things that you may not even notice yourself. Thank you for being my best friend, my rock, my support-line and my boyfriend all wrapped in one.
