Your self-discovery is all about you. In this small (maybe large) period of your life, it is okay to be selfish. We've all gone through and experienced things in our lives that require us to step back and breathe a little.
There comes a moment in your life, where there is no more room. There is no more room for the doubt, the pain, the questioning of "what the hell is happening? Where am I going?" We've all said it.
So what do you need more of? What can you fill your life with that will ease all of the questions inside you? We focus so much on all of the wrong, that we forget all about the right.
So what fills you with pleasure? What fills the holes that we focus so much on? When we're finding ourselves, we have to dive deep inside these holes that we loathe and find out what great things we can fill them with.
Becuase once we fill these holes with happiness, we become happy. What energy we focus on, and put into our body, our bodies become.
Sometimes it doesn't feel that easy.
Sometimes we become too lost and caught up in our depths we can't even imagine one thing that brings us joy. So grab a pencil and paper and write your victories. Your wins.
Did you get out of bed? Brush your teeth? Did you smile at someone? These are victories and success that allow us to move on and live in our lives.
Finding out who we are, won't be done in a matter of days. It may be weeks, years. It may be our whole lives we wonder and question this type of thing.
Start asking yourself the questions you've always needed to be answered.
"Why am I here?" "Why do I like this?" "What do I need?" Once you face your questions, you can face your answers.
