My daughter has been the most amazing thing to ever happen to me. She shows me everyday how one little beautiful soul can light up anyone's day.
She goes up to anyone and everyone she sees with this huge smile on her face and makes sure she asks them how they are doing and it just melts my heart.
Since day one she has been my bestfriend, but recently she has found another bestfriend, one that I am okay sharing that title with.
They are so much alike, yet 83 years stand between them.
They both don't take life for granted. They get excited to see and talk to each other, they giggle and they laugh. They are both so care-free and don't worry about what people think about them.
They are just undeniably themselves.
One of them has fought through wars and raised children and the other has only lived on this Earth for around 1,000 days.
But yet they both wake up every morning with smiles on their faces and like they can conquer anything they wanted too.
And even with 83 years between them, they still connect on a level like no other, and they still can form a friendship and unbreakable bond.
I have always known my daughter had a heart of gold, but I never expected her to express it like she has at her age. She is more than just another little girl.
She is special and she is more importantly, one of a kind.
And as for that new bestfriend of hers; I don't know if he knows it, but he is teaching not only her, but me as well, to enjoy life while you can.
And how it may sound crazy, and right now it might seem like time is going very slow, but time really does fly like the wind, and don't take let anything stand between you and .
They are both the sweetest, smartest, most beautiful people I have ever met. And 83 years stands between them.
