This Is How You Know You'll Never Fall out Love with Him

If you feel yourself falling and your heart is telling you to go for it, just dive right in. Do not hesitate, do not second guess, just do it. It will be the most precious, magical, and memorable time of your life.

The smallest moments, those tiny things that you don’t think really matter? They matter so much more when you have the one that makes your heart flutter by your side. When you find your person, life is just a little more magical in every single way.

Grocery shopping? Yeah, it’s no longer just shopping, it’s random kisses in the frozen aisle or inside jokes that were created in the cookie aisle.

Road trips? Those are the best. Quick kisses at stop lights, music up loud and singing at the top of your lungs with the one you love. So magical.

Sitting on the couch? That simple thing can be so precious. Watch the little facial expressions they make during a show, watch them slowly fade off into dream land after a long day.

Speaking of long days…wait until you come home to them or them to you. Those “God I missed you kisses” are like crack.

Then you have picture perfect moments that you managed to capture and frame, whether it’s off guard photos of them, or selfies together.

Those memories that you look back on and just can’t help but smile. You remember that one night you danced under the stars and get lost in the blissful happiness of it.

They take your breath away and somehow keep your heart beating every single day. And all these little moments, with your best friend? They make life worth living.

A thank you letter to my best friend… with four paws and a wagging tail.

At first glance you probably thought this was another letter targeted towards a human best friend, our sister or brother from another mother. So on and so on. But actually this letter is to our four legged best friends, with the wet noses and wagging tails. You know, man's best friend.

Since I can remember I have always had a dog of some kind, big, small, muscular, fat, you name it. I can't remember a time where I have ever felt more loved or needed, than when it comes from my canine companion. So here's my thank you letter to them.

Dear Best Friend,

Thank you, thank you for always loving me unconditionally. Thank you for licking the tears off of my face when I have a breakdown. Thank you for knowing just when I need a cuddle. Thank you for never judging me for the way I look. I especially want to thank you for being my shoulder to cry on and for always listening to me when I need to rant. Thank you for being the one and only constant thing in my life and never ever letting me feel alone. I wish somehow, someway I could just tell you how much I appreciate you and love you. But, words fail me when it comes to you.

You're my first baby, my one and only truest form of a best friend. You are loyal to no end, you are my protecter, my warmth on a cold night and my light on a dark day. If it wasn't for you, somedays I probably wouldn't get out of bed. You truly are a one of a kind, and for sure man's best friend. When I have a long day, I look forward to coming home and seeing your happy face and wagging tail. I'm excited to have you jump on me with your paws and lick my face with slobbery wet doggy kisses.

I know that one day your legs are going to struggle to carry you, breathing will become a little harder, and you might lose your hearing and sight. I know, that the day for you to cross that rainbow bridge will be here and I'll have to say goodbye. So, for now, for the times I have you I just want to thank you for being my best friend. Thank you for making me laugh while you chase your tail and run silly after a ball. Thank you for making me fall in love with your cute little puppy eyes again and again. Thank you for always making me feel wanted and loved. Thank you for keeping me warm, thank you for keeping me grounded, and thank you for keeping me safe. I will cherish every single moment we have because I know one day, I will be without you.

Thank you for being my best friend.
