Believe in Yourself, You’re Much Stronger Than You think

Life doesn’t always go the way you expect it to go. Day after day you are often bombarded with challenges —a challenge that test your patience, shape your character, and allows you to learn an important lesson. And sometimes we fail to pass that challenge.

And the moment we failed, we inclined ourselves to be in the dump and in weak spirit. We start to feel bad about ourselves, think that we’re not good enough, get feed up and eventually give up.

Enough! Stop acting this way. You’re not the only one who face challenges and never will be. We all faced terrible things and survived through it. Life gets better and it’s not just a saying. It’s said because it’s true. Life doesn’t remain one way forever. Keep this in mind and let me be the first one to tell you this…

Your Heart Keeps Beating Even When You’re Consumed by Grief

When a person you dearly and deeply love dies, everything stops and it seems like somehow you forget what living feels like. You totally forget to see your worth. You get lost in the grief and life becomes meaningless to you.

At that moment, I closed my eyes, remembering the happy memories, good times, and picturing my lost loved one standing right next to me and questioned myself. Is this what I have to live every day? Is this what I have to look forward to? This constant pain? This constant depression? And told myself “This is not what my loved one wants for me. I can't-do this anymore”.

Right then, I realized that times of grief and sorrow allows us to learn how to laugh and love over the hardships in life. Only through these times our hearts can learn to get over the pain. It's just a matter of acceptance.

Life is unpredictable, taking away what you love, who you want by your side and stripping you of everything. We can take it or break it and what we do our own is all up to us.

The minute I accepted my loss was the minute I cling to with every ounce of strength I possess and started to rebuild my broken self.

In moments of brokenness, we are weak, discouraged, and feel defeated, that’s why we tend to pass up too many opportunities, and let go of too many important things in our lives. We spend too much time dwelling on the past, looking for an explanation when really; we just have to wait for it to be unfolded to us.

When life gets tough, remember that the sun has never failed to rise, even after the grayest of days, and the stormiest of nights. So don’t just lock yourself in the room and ask what the meaning of life is – go out, define it and be amazing.
