Glo Bananas
Who needs Botox if you have bananas? That’s right: this particular fruit can be used as a completely natural facial mask that moisturizes the skin and makes it softer. Mash good one medium-sized banana (mash until it becomes smooth cream) and then gently apply to your face and neck. Leave for 10-20 minutes, then rinse with cool water and look at yourself in the mirror! Your skin will be softer and moisturized. Here’s a similar recipe for a mask that nourishes the skin: Mash and cream one banana then add 4 tablespoons of low-fat yogurt and 2 tablespoons of honey! A nourishing mask!
Clean And Tone With Vinegar
Use of vinegar dates back to Helen of Troy – to remind you, this is the lady that Orlando Bloom stole in the movie “Troy” and then Brad Pitt had to regulate the situation though with tragic consequences. But joking aside, the historical record does suggest that even Helen of Troy used vinegar as an exceptional tonic, and this recipe is still in use today: First, wash your face with lukewarm water, and then with a mixture consisting of 1 tbsp natural apple vinegar and 2 cups of water. This will clean and tone your skin. Also, you can make your own facial treatment with a mixture of 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar with 1/4 water. Gently apply the solution on your face and let it dry.
