To the Girl who never dreamed about a wedding: One day you will

They say every little girl dreams of their wedding day. For me this was not the case. I was busy dreaming about how I was going to change the world one day. While I have been chasing my dreams to be an educator and change the world through the live of the little ones. I found my forever guy and now I am dreaming of that wedding that they say ever girl dreams of. This is my dream:

C,

I know that I told you I didnt want a big wedding well because my family is complicated. However, after sitting next to you at the weddings that we have attended of the course of our relationship I have realized that I want it. I want the big wedding the hoopla because I want to tell everyone in our life that I love you more than life itself and that I want to be your wife. In true fashion of myself I have already thought about the things that I want.

I want it to be outside on a crisp fall day.

Lets be real here I am not standing outside on a ninety degree day, and as you know fall is my absolute favorite season. I want to be around tress because well that just seems like a very us thing to do. I want to see our guest rise as I come around the corner in the dress of my dreams. But, mostly when I walk down the aisle I want to see you. Just you and know that everyone else has faded away because I am walking down to my future. I am walking down to my forever. And I cannot wait to see you in your khaki pants with a light blue shirt with a sunflower pinned to your chest.

I cannot wait for the day that I get to tell you how much I love you in front of everyone that means something to our little life.

Emily Anne

Hi, my name is Emily and I am 26. I spend a lot of my time being a dog mom to my Irish setter, Annie and trying to be the very best girlfriend to my very best friend. I am a full time student and although I am not sure what I want my career to look like, I do know that I want to help people. I also work full time as a teaching assistant. Writing is one of my hobbies, which is what brought me to Puckermob. I love having a place where I can share my stories, the good and the bad. I love that I can share the things that have helped me through the hard times, as well as, all of the good things that are happening. I also love to read. Some of my favorite books right now are “Didn’t see that coming,” by Rachel Hollis and “Daring Greatly,” by Brene Brown. You can find me on Instagram where you can see all of my adventures with Annie, my boyfriend, and my baby-sister.
