Many of them had to shut their doors for sometime, apply new social distancing methods, and adapt to remote working until further notice.

When you switch to e commerce or online stores in other ways to advertise products with social media for a new extended base, it makes more impact. So, having a social media presence is important and almost like a prerequisite because companies are also switching their service providers quickly. It can be done simultaneously but requires a lot of knowledge and strategy. For some, this will be the first experience with building up an online brand and doing business in a new way to a whole new set of customers.

Work-life Balance

There are a ton of companies who implemented a work from home strategy. Because working remotely and from home enabled them to work flexibly while making sure that work gets done on-time. In the beginning it was practiced because some businesses needed to adapt to new changes.  Now it has become a new routine for the long-term. However, it also has its own challenges and perks. One of the most important challenges is that it can be difficult to balance personal and professional life. Because people are at home and working while also juggling with personal obligations. Hence, for some it can be difficult to manage both at the same time.

If we are running routine tasks then it may be fine, but when it is about coming up with new ideas, it can be challenging due to lack of creative space. Because there is a possibility for an individual to feel burnt out by negative attitudes, uncertainty. So, it is important to take some time off and establish a connection with your team.
