Lagree Fitness is a high intensity workout on a Megaformer that is low impact. The Lagree Method can help strengthen your core and muscular strength while also building up your endurance. Are The Classes Affordable?

Yes- depending on the class package size you get most Lagree Studios will charge 12.00 to 24.00 a class and privates ranging 75.00- 90.00 with various discounts if you purchase a large package.

Would I Recommend The Workout?

The Lagree Method is a safe and effective, scientifically proven workout that helps strengthen  muscles while increasing endurance. Class Pass calls it the trendiest workout of 2020. I highly recommend this workout.  And I have been a pilates teacher since 2002 and I also teach Yoga. I do both of those methods better because of my Lagree workouts. I like to think of Lagree as an opportunity to challenge all of my muscles groups so that when I move my body in various ways, I have better muscle engagement with optimal posture, allowing for easier movement and high performance.

 

The Down-low on the Downside

There are only a handful of Lagree studios in each city and state. So I encourage you to find one close to you that you can aim to commit to, two or three times a week. If you are unsure of the method, try taking a few private lessons to get the confidence to join a class. The Lagree Certification, is thorough and intense and instructors learn the method inside and out. You can also consider getting a Micro for working out at home.
