If it is really bad day, I try to get out in nature. I grab the pup and we take a nice long walk. I try to breath in the fresh air. Keep calm and listen to some music.
I know that they say not to drink coffee that it can make anxiety worse but I find that having a cup of coffee something warm and normal is soothing. I even try to sit outside getting fresh air and letting the pup run around while I enjoy trying to relax.
4. Talking to someone:
Sometimes you ned someone to hear you. So I text someone I trust to just get things off my chest. This helps get out what is bothering me and helps me learn how to keep going and realize that things are not that bad even if they feel like the world is falling apart.
