Snuggle
Whether it is with a pet, yourself, or a significant other grab some take out and snuggle up with a good movie. Go somewhere else for a little while.
Me Time
Hit Targets cosmetic section and grab a face mask. Go home fill your bath tub, grab some wine, turn some music on, put your face mask on, and take a bath. Breath. Relax. Give yourself a break. We are all going through it so be nice yo yourself for a little while.
Take a Drive
Go nowhere just drive for a little while. Turn your radio on and just do not think. Get away from it all just be in your car. If you are like me you can put your favorite CD in and jam to some throwbacks.
Remember to breathe.
Breathing is the most important part of all of this. Also remember that if you struggle with anxiety it is not a weakness. How could you be weak and be holding yourself together all the time. You are a warrior. Keep your head up, take a break if you need it, and breath!

Hi, my name is Emily and I am 26. I spend a lot of my time being a dog mom to my Irish setter, Annie and trying to be the very best girlfriend to my very best friend. I am a full time student and although I am not sure what I want my career to look like, I do know that I want to help people. I also work full time as a teaching assistant. Writing is one of my hobbies, which is what brought me to Puckermob. I love having a place where I can share my stories, the good and the bad. I love that I can share the things that have helped me through the hard times, as well as, all of the good things that are happening. I also love to read. Some of my favorite books right now are “Didn’t see that coming,” by Rachel Hollis and “Daring Greatly,” by Brene Brown. You can find me on Instagram where you can see all of my adventures with Annie, my boyfriend, and my baby-sister.
