You can also find mediation apps if you want to be present and look inwards. Some of these apps are free or fairly inexpensive. And buying a spa sound machine could catch you up on your zzzz’s.  So get some crashing waves on, and take a twenty minute spa nap. Hmm, you are getting sleepy….

Store bought and priced under fifty dollars, eucalyptus plants can last awhile even if not exposed to sunlight. So add some branches in your shower and just, b-r-e-a-t-h-e…. If you don’t want the actual plant you can get a shower mist to create an authentic spa experience.
