Spa Water
Spas always have fancy water with fruit in it! And this is so easy to replicate at home. Get a large pitcher of ice and water, cut up some grapefruit, add berries and other citrus, as well as pineapple. Throw in some mint leaves or rosemary.. and drink! Not only will you get lots of healthy hydration, you will also get some fruit flavor and natural vitamin C.
Spa Tea Time
Herb packets usually cost less than two dollars each. And you can get some spice and herb infused fancy ones here Or make your own. Buy some tea satchels, and add fresh herbs to them. O use a simple tea strainer and make yourself a cup of natural tea. You can add some sage leaves which are great for calming the throat, or throw in some fresh mint leaves to cleanse you. And fresh lavender will calm you down and help you sleep. So add some honey, put your feet up on your favorite couch and take an at home spa timeout!
