The Mental Battle of Daily Depression.

 

Unrest.

You’re restless every single night as you wrestle with yourself to sleep. What is sleep these days anymore? Do people even still do that? You wouldn’t know as you’re basically an insomniac now. You find rest in getting on hour of rest a day, if that, and that’s just enough to keep you sane. Most days that is.

More so than others, you find yourself drained beyond a point of exhaustion and wishing you could sleep for the rest of eternity.

Though you know that wouldn’t fix anything.
