It’s like a goddamned superpower. You used to be the center of a frustration tornado, pulling in and spitting out everyone in your path. Now, you’re a calm, zen summer Sunday. It’s hard to stay mad at someone when they refuse to get pulled into all the bullshit.

 

7. You’ll be a happy chappy.

Without all the conflict, the paranoia, the drama and the stress you’ll be amazed at how much happier you feel. It may sound simple, but by shutting out the negative thoughts and accepting people for who they are, you become a far nicer, far cheerier individual. Keep it up, eventually it’ll rub off on everyone else.
