We love yoga! It promotes flexibility, good health, and physical fitness in addition to allowing us to get it touch with our spirituality and providing a sense of fulfilling our potential.
We connected recently with Kyle Miller from Kyle Miller Yoga and asked her about the passion for Yoga, and here’s what we found out:
Yoga is my life. It’s my career, my ethical compass, and my holistic wellness practice; it informs what I think matters and how I live my life on a daily basis. I’ve been studying it for a long time!! And I really love the ways it has allowed me to transform myself and how I see the world.
I made some videos recently to share the magic! I made these videos so that my students could practice even when they can’t make it to class and to spread the teachings I believe in so much to a wider audience. These classes are for everyone. They are inclusive and they feel good while you’re practicing. The simple act of participating in your own well being is powerful! These videos give you an easy to use format to create a well being practice at home. One you can maintain on the road, as well.
My hope is that you emerge from each class feeling like you had an experience and like you have recalibrated your mind, body and spirit. These techniques have allowed me to spark joy within my own system. I hope they allow you to find it within yourself as well.
