Yup, there I was with my belly about to have my daughter, Grace. I dealt with the most ignorant questions or comments during my pregnancy.
So, here I was 18 and pregnant, not married, and I was that girl that was the LEAST expected to get pregnant.
I leave these 10 things not to ask/ or comment to young moms.
1. Is he around?
And if he was not around? would that make things better by you asking? I’ve come from a couple of single mothers in my family and I’m pretty sure that their kids turned out just dang fine.
2. Do you ever wish you just aborted or put it up for adoption?
NOOOO. One thing that people don’t get is that I love this baby rather I was 18 or 28 .
3. You realize that no guy will ever want you now, right?
YUP, like that’s the first thing on my mind.
4. My kid won’t be like yours.
Oh yeah because I’m 18, that’s right.
5. What are you gonna do to make sure your kid doesn’t turn out like you?
Not hang out with people like you, jk.
Dude I’m not a bad person because I got pregnant, life happens. I’m so happy being a mom.
I always was freaked out by the idea of if it will ever happen to my daughter, dude I’ll always be there with her like my mom was with me when I had my daughter.
6. Your parents must hate you.

7. Say goodbye to your future.
I think I shut everyone’s mouth when I got my own car, my own house, working, and in school.
8. Your kid is more likely to be a teen mom because you were
OMG. *rolls eyes*
9. Why are you going out? You’re a mom.
LOL. I’m a MOM, not in Jail.
10. For a young mom, you do such a great job.
How about just tell me I do a great job without mentioning how young I am?
