We’ve all been there. We sit down to write an article and then… bam. Nothing. Writer’s block. Or we sit down and get lost for hours, researching one tiny detail that showed up in one of our stories.
It can be so hard to stay focused on what we’re doing, which makes it extremely hard to get any work done. So while you’re procrastinating your own work, here are 10 thoughts that go through a writer’s head every single day.
1. Well… I didn’t start as early as I wanted to but there’s still plenty of daylight left.
2. Wait, the Kardashians, again?!
3. Okay, one article done. Only 14 more to go.
4. Oh, time for lunch!
5. Okay. Time to really focus.
6. Well I’ve picked out ten more things to write about, time for a break.
7. Snack time!
8. Surely there’s got to be a longer article about this somewhere.
9. Okay! I got six articles done. Nice!
10. Is it really almost time for bed already? Well, better luck tomorrow!
