The majority of Americans did not elect Donald Trump. This is a fact.
Since he was elected, people have been saying that Trump is #NotMyPresident.
And you know what? Eight months later, he still isn’t my president.
-
He thinks that he is entitled to women’s bodies.
-
Remember when he said that he would “grab them by the pussy” and we were all disgusted?
-
He also believes that men should get to decide what happens with women’s bodies.
-
He doesn’t support a woman’s right to choose.
-
He has sexually assaulted multiple women.
-
He had a panel of people discussing women’s rights…without a single woman.
-
He mocked a reporter with a disability during the campaign.
-
He claims to be an ally of the LGBT+ community, but his actions prove otherwise.
-
His VP is widely known to be anti-LGBT and supports conversion therapy.
-
All of his appointments to cabinet were horrendous choices.
-
Especially Betsy Devos for education.
-
He doesn’t believe in climate change in spite of the evidence.
-
He believes all Mexicans are illegal immigrants and rapists.
-
He said that the best Mexican food comes from the Trump Grill. (Honestly, still SO CONFUSED about this one.)
-
He still wants to build a wall between the United States and Mexico.
-
He still thinks that Mexico should pay for said wall.
-
He believes all Muslims are terrorists.
-
He literally equated Black Lives Matter to the white supremacists.
-
His statement about Charlottesville was literal scripted bullshit.
-
He was more enraged about his daughter’s fashion line being removed from Nordstrom than he was about the “protest” in Charlottesville.
-
He said that “both sides” made mistakes.
-
Even Mitt Romney is acknowledging the atrocities and Trump still won’t.
-
He believes that removing statues of racists and memorabilia of the Confederacy is “erasing history.”
-
He would rather stand with white supremacists than support America.
-
He is an awful human being.
Trump is #NotMyPresident, and I hope that he soon won’t be president at all.
