5 Easy Recipes to Show Cooking Skills to Your Boyfriend

  • Banana Shake: In about ten to fifteen minutes, you can use this quick recipe in preparing a yummy shake. Peel off about three or four bananas, put them into a blender, add one glass of milk, two spoons of sugar and three spoons of fresh cream. Turn on the blender and switch the timer to 5 minutes and when the time elapses, the shake is ready. Serve in a glass with ice.
  • Avocado Toast with Eggs: This recipe is perfect for breakfast meals. You will need one ripe avocado, two eggs, two or four slices of bread, half a lemon, salt, and pepper. First, peel the back from the avocado, and mash it together with the juice from the half lemon. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add oil to a pan, fry both eggs sunny side and using an electric toaster, toast the bread slices. When the bread is ready, spread the avocado mixture on the slices, place the eggs on the toast and serve. Enjoy this incredible meal with tea, coffee or some juice.
  • Fruit Parfait: A creamy dessert made with eggs, whipped cream and yogurt preferably served cold. You will need three table spoons of High Fiber Muesli, one table spoon mixture of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and flax seeds, sliced up bananas, pawpaw and any berries of choice, and a cup of low-fat yogurt. Add the seeds into an empty bowl, add the high fiber muesli and pour the yogurt into the mixture. Add the banana and pawpaw slices with the berries and serve ready to eat.
  • Salmon and Spinach: You will need one table spoon of sesame oil, one large salmon fillet, 200 grams of shredded spinach, two table spoons of crème Fraiche, half a lemon, one table spoon of capers and two table spoons of chopped parsley. Heat the oil in a pan on a stovetop and fry the salmon, both sides for five minutes each, until the salmon flakes and is golden. Remove the salmon and place on a plate to rest. Into the pan, add the spinach and let it fry for two minutes as you continue to stir continuously. Serve the spinach on a dish with the salmon placed beside the plate. Pour the crème Fraiche and the juice from half the lemon into a pan and add the capers as well as the parsley. Heat the sauce through and season to taste. Serve with the salmon and spinach.
