7 Thoughtful Gifts for the Person Who has Everything

With Christmas right around the corner, everyone is on high alert for gifts to get the special people in their lives.

Have you ever ridden the struggle bus while trying to figure out what to get someone? I know I have!

Look no further than here:

1. Take them out to lunch or dinner and a movie just the two of you. With how busy life can get, it can also be hard to find time to spend one on one with important people in our lives. A good meal gives you time to catch up, and movies are always a fun choice.

2. If they have kids, recruit them to help! My sister-in-law hates getting gifts of any kind, but anything the kids help with, like hand print decorated coffee mugs, are always a hit! They help capture those ages in time forever.

3. Do you know what causes they support; cancer research, local organizations? Make a donation to their favorite cause in their name. Actually knowing what someone is passionate about is a major plus!

4. If they like wine, go to a wine tasting together, or beer. Not only is it quality time, but you get to drink while doing it! Even if you don’t live near a vineyard, a lot of places offer flights so you can sample different kinds. If you have a younger sibling that can’t drink, tag team with this and the next one!

5. Free babysitting is always a favorite for your family or friends that are parents. Not everyone feels comfortable asking you to babysit for free, but they are eternally grateful when you offer to! Even mommies and daddies need night off every now and then.

6. Making their favorite dinner and dessert. Nothing says I care about you quite like someone making a home cooked meal specifically with you in mind. If they have a busy schedule this is especially nice to have one less thing to think about; figuring out what to make for dinner.

7. Getting them a subscription to something they already enjoy. If you look on the internet, there are tons of different ones to choose from; food, wine, sweets, books, clothing, etc. Whenever they get it, it’s like a little reminder that you care!

Years from now you won’t remember how much you spent on a gift for someone, but making them feel special, cherished, and loved are all so incredibly priceless!
