What to do next?
To make the mixing of ingredients easier, use a mixer and mixed it for 2 minutes. If the mixture has already a fluffy and light texture, then putting it in the cupcake cases will be the next step, in transferring it, use a spatula or either a spoon. This is for cupcake cases to receive and even amount of the mixed ingredients. Before putting it in the oven, sprinkle some chocolate chips on the top of it. Bake it for 18-20 minutes.
How to know if it’s already cooked? If the cupcakes are firm to be touch and have already risen, then it means it’s cooked. But, if not then try to wait for few more minutes. Once it is ready, transfer it to a cooling rack and start decorating it once it’s cool.
