For the Times You Wish Life Had a Reset Button, Read This

If you are struggling then that is a good thing. If you are struggling and realize it? Even Better.

Life is unpredictable and that won't be changing anytime soon. There is a real beauty in struggling to survive. It's the teacher that no one else can be.

It's the map that doesn't need a destination. It's simply learning to put one foot in front of the other.

Remember; struggling isn't a destination, it's part of your journey.

Depending on how you perceive your struggle will depend on how you apply it to your life. When you struggle, it allows you to appreciate when things start to look up. It gives you insight on where your life used to be.

But it will forever remain a constant reminder – this journey will never need directions.

Hold on to the fragments of your truth, blend with the reality you hold in its place. Believe in starting over. Don't ask questions when the person in the mirror is a stranger's face.

That is growth, that is change.

Be selfish in the way you have always deserved to be. You have given an abundance of yourself to so many who are unworthy.

Allow for this transition, allow for this growth to remain in all ways, positive. You may not always understand why, but figuring out the lesson always come after.

You will only have one job to worry about afterward. That task will be to keep applying all that you learned about yourself through these processes.

And always look forward to the next struggle. Never discount yourself.

You have the ability to believe in you and that is the greatest gift anyone can be given.
