Feminism is an amazing concept. Women have been put behind men in society since the beginning of time. While only recently, in the past century, have we made progressive leaps and bounds in women's rights.
However, we have come to a point where feminism is viewed as the hatred of men. We have come to a point where any opposition to views of feminism is ridiculed and bashed immediately, with no acceptance.
Isn't the basis of feminism equality for all? Why wouldn't they at least respect differing opinions?
Shouldn't all issues be women's issues? Not just the select few regarding unequal pay/abortion/etc.?
We should support all women, not just those who are feminists.
We should also support men too. Not all men are against women. Not all men want women to stay at home in the kitchen. Not all men want to see women fail at their dreams.
We should support minorities. Women are not the only minority you should be concerned with.
Let's rebuild ourselves into a group of truly accepting, truly game-changing individuals – willing to do whatever it takes to make our country back to the greatest country in the world.
Because right now? We're far from it.
