You know what I am slowly learning? And I know it may take a while considering this is a really hard topic for me. But I am slowly learning to not let anyone bring you down. Whether that be at work, school, out anywhere really! Other people's energies can actually really take a toll on you and that is pretty much the one thing that I love to talk about and to remind people of, to stay positive.
It can be really difficult sometimes when others bring you down, and it really makes me wonder why so many people can be that way… I have dealt with this my entire life as I am sure everyone has. But when you go out somewhere such as work, or school and being in such a great mood yourself and your thinking you are going to kill it and just be happy, when all of sudden no one talks to you or says hi when they normally would or when you hear all someone talk about is complaining. The little things can make a big difference on a person and there emotions. Because some people try really hard not to think about that bad things.
If you start somewhere new somewhere and people judge you just because you are new and learning everything about the place. It makes it really hard to enjoy your day because it makes you overthink and believe like you are not good enough. But trust me, you are! I know sometimes you wake up in a bad mood, everyone does for no reason! But that does not make it Ok to ruin someone else's day just because you are in a bad mood. That is what I try to tell myself, to stay positive and think about the good things in life.
Do not make other people make you feel like you are stupid, or that you are less then them. Just shake it off and know that you are important and worth it. Do not let it get to you! My positivity for the day is to just do you! Do not worry about what others think. This life is too short to waste your time worrying about what other people think.
I love happy people, like a time when you go out to a restaurant and watching the workers have such a positive attitude and energy, means everything to me. It is the little things! When there is only two workers in a crowd of hungry people and all you hear is them giving each other props and having such positive energy in the entire restaurant, where you can see other people enjoying their company and feeding it off themselves onto others. I appreciate those people, who even though they may not have the best job in the world and is always very busy puts on their best face and spreads their positivity and happiness to others as well, that is the stuff I live for and I think that his how we should all be. We should all be like that everyday. That is what people need to learn, we all need to be supportive to one another and be understanding!
