Read This If You Feel Like You Have Hit Rock Bottom

Sometimes, your happiness is ripped from you unexpectedly. You think you have this thing called "life" all figured out and then suddenly, you are back at square one. You have been here many times before but you always rise from the ashes of your destruction.

You are beautiful. Having a pretty face is nice, but true beauty originates from your heart, your mind, and your soul. Your compassion and strength define you as a person and honey, that person is wonderful.

You may not see it, but those around you do. Your positive nature is infectious, radiating outwards and seeping into the people who surround you. You have a sparkling personality and that is all that matters in the end.

You are unstoppable. You know of defeat and yet you hit the ground running. You know that quitting is not an option. The moment you stop trying is the moment you start failing. Your perseverance will get you far, it will just take time.

You dream more than you sleep, and you work even harder. Your aspirations know no bounds.

You are intelligent. Maybe you don't have an IQ of 190, but you are one smart cookie. You are constantly expanding your knowledge and that makes you brilliant. A lot of people stop learning when it is no longer a requirement, but you continue to pursue your education.

You are clever and witty and wise. Don't let anyone tell you any different.

You are kind. Your heart is so big that sometimes it feels like it is going to explode. You put other's needs before yours and you are always there with a helping hand. You would give the shirt off your back or the last dollar in your pocket to someone who is less fortunate than you.

Even though people tend to take advantage of this, you continue to be compassionate. You are selfless, a trait that many seem to lack.

You are thoughtful. You analyze and over analyze. You think about how other people feel and the consequences of your actions. You plan. You act instead of react.

You are strong. Maybe not so much in a physical sense, but you are a fighter. You have overcome so much in your lifetime and you still keep pushing. Resilience is key and you have flourished in the chaos.

J.K. Rowling once said, "Rock bottom became the solid foundation on which I rebuilt my life."

You don't know me, but I know you. Don't stop building. I am so proud of you.

You are a phoenix, my dear. Now fly.
