12. Don’t forget that you aren’t the shitty cards you’ve been dealt.
13. It’s true what the say, tough times don’t last but tough people do.
14. Don’t stress over anything that you can’t control.
15. Focus on channeling your energy towards that’s happening in the moment.
16. You are loved, and people will be there for you if you let them.
17. Success doesn’t happen overnight. Keep continuing to rise.
18. If you’re feeling frustrated about your life, remind yourself why your goal is important.
19. Crying isn’t a sign of weakness, but rather it’s a release to let go of your upset feelings.
