It’s no secret this world is chock full of fakes and copycats, we’ve all come in contact with them, usually in the form of complete jerks pretending to be good guys.
But on the rare occasion that something real shows up, no one ever knows what to do with it. When something is different, people tend to cast it out, or come up with a reason to explain its uniqueness.
The girl who comes across as cold is a lot like that. She’s misunderstood for her hard exterior, and her unapologetic honesty seems blunt and harsh. But in reality, she just has no time for the surface-level mundane, and she’s been hurt enough times to know that she has to protect her heart.

Guys endlessly chase her only to get turned down.

And she may not be anywhere close to perfect.
