There are days where everything you do seems to be wrong.
Everything you once loved, you begin to loathe. You can't seem to pull yourself together and you constantly remind yourself of all the mistakes you have ever made.
You have so many nights where sleep isn't an option even if you tried. Where you are left awake with the thoughts of whether or not you are enough.
You are hurting.
Remember that though you might not be where you want to be, you're surely not where you use to be. That’s an improvement. You have surpassed so many obstacles, don’t let this be your last.
Your strength is inspirational. You spend each and every day walking around with a smile on your face, ready to face the world and the demons placed before you.
You are courageous, taking on risks that others find impossible and fighting battles that others never knew existed. You should be proud of yourself for making it this far. Where you are now, is higher than before.
Do not give up on yourself.
It's in these moments of despair that you find your strength. You find your voice. You find your feet and start to move forward. There is something greater on the other side of this misery. All you have to do is believe in yourself enough to find it.
These moments won’t stop right away, you might have them for longer than a day, but always remember that even when things are not great, you always are.
