From the beginning, you’ve always been my rock.
From changing my smelly diapers, to watching me take off to first grade, to helping me adjust to high school, to teaching me how to drive and most importantly; teaching me how to be and love myself, you’ve seen and been through it all with me and I could not be more grateful.
You’ve been there for the achievements, downfalls, heartaches, and meltdowns and our relationship has only grown stronger over the years. I would not be the woman I am becoming today if it wasn’t for you, Mom.
You can make the good and bad times better, and even while you go through your own problems, you still remain the beautiful, good-hearted woman you are for me. I cannot even begin to imagine living life without you. You make me, me. You keep me grounded and motivate me to only be my best. I truly can’t thank you enough for all of the courageous things you have done. You are so full of pure love towards me and it is the biggest blessing to be able to call you, my mother.
Thank you for relentlessly loving me. Thank you for defending me. Thank you for being the “cool mom”, Thank you for all you do. Most importantly, thank God for blessing me with such an amazing role model.
I can only dream of becoming half the woman you are someday and raising my future family the way you do. Never forget that everything I do is for you. I love you with everything I have mom, and I will make you proud. Xo.
