Whether you're a size 0 or a size 28, you're beautiful.

Body shaming has become such a colossal thing these days.

You’re either too fat, too skinny, too pale, too dark, too yellow, too purple, too blue, too bleached, or you’re just you. It seems like being “just you” isn’t good enough anymore.

Women want a small waist, big firm breasts, a Kardashian ass, a perfect white smile and ton of followers on Instagram.
Can I just say that I’m not one of those women?

I’m proud of the way my body looks today.
I’ve been skinny, overweight, severely overweight, severely skinny and right now I’m at a size where I am actually comfortable. I wouldn’t walk around in booty shorts and crop tops, but that’s not because I’m not confident. It’s because I just don’t like wearing that type of clothing.

In today’s world, I’m considered to be a plus size woman – aka I’m overweight in most people’s eyes. I wear a size 16 and XL in tops. I jiggle in certain places when I walk, I have stretch marks, I have back fat, I have thicker arms, I have acne sometimes (thank you aunt flo and everything else that contributes to acne -you suck btw), I have thick thighs, and my boobs aren’t the same size. (I’ve actually done research on it; turns out that a most women’s breasts aren’t the same size, so yay for me not being the only one!)

I don’t care if you’re a size 0 or a size 28, you are BEAUTIFUL. Do not let anyone ever tell you differently.

We all have different opinions on beauty but in all reality, the only opinion that matters when talking about yourself – is your opinion.

If you’re a skinny woman, you’re beautiful.
 If you’re a bigger woman, you’re beautiful.

You are beautiful no matter what size, color or shape you are.
