Your Glow is Possible

To most people, having the skin of their dreams is not possible, and if you try to convince them, they’ll give you their history with this expensive skin product or that expensive skin product and how they used this and that product for so many years and still it had no effect on them. Well, it just sucks that they have been going about skin care the wrong way. And even though you try to tell them that the best skin care methods are natural, they find it hard to believe. A couple of things we need to know;

  • As we grow older, it definitely shows on our skin. This particular fact cannot be stopped totally but it can be managed greatly and so well that people won’t be able to guess our ages.
  • External factors such as the sun’s rays also affect the skin negatively and constantly extended exposure has implications.
  • For every facial reaction, the muscles of the face and the neck are used, this constant usage results in the eventual sagging of the facial and neck skins.
  • The use of different creams and chemicals have their adverse effects which also quicken the deterioration of the skin
  • Other unhealthy habits come into play, such as improper dieting, smoking, and dehydration.   

So, some of the easiest ways to get that skin to glow and how to get rid of neck wrinkles so that your social media accounts can be lit are;

Stay Hydrated  Kids! 

Before we can run, we must walk and so it is with the natural process of letting the skin glow. You must drink enough water, all parts of your body (both internal and external) need the water else they shrivel and become dry. When this happens, there is also a loss of firmness in the muscles and all this leads to dry, wrinkled or unhealthy looking skin

The sun is nice,  but not your buddy

As humans, we need the warmth of the sun every once in a while, but the continuous exposure to the sun’s rays have effects that a detrimental to the skin. Some common examples of what the sun might do to your skin are; sunburn, skin dryness. The sun also causes harm to the elastin fibre in the skin and when these fibres are broken down, the skin starts sagging. Whenever going out under the sun, have an umbrella to help shield you

Eat Properly

What we eat goes a long way in the quality of skin we have. So, for that perfect glow, it is necessary that we balance our diet and we take in a lot of fruits as well as nutritional beverages if need be. When we hear the saying “you are what you eat”, the skin reads it and means it directly. So, for a healthy vibrant skin, eat properly.

Other necessary measures include having the proper posture that helps the skin maintain a certain level of strength. Also, when you avoid smoking, it helps the skin stay healthy. If you must use skin care products ensure they are natural
