When it comes to love, Taurus is surprisingly not stubborn as all hell. Well, at least most of the time.
1. It’s a slow burn.
When it comes to love, we take our time. Building trust is important to us. We won't trust you until you trust us. We also like to savor every moment. We never take you or our time together for granted. We move slowly because quite honestly we're so in love with falling in love that we don't want it to end. if we could, we'd live forever in the honeymoon phase.
2. But when we trust you, we trust you with everything.
Our thoughts, our feelings, our opinions. We always verbalize what’s going on in our minds. Nothing left unsaid. When we love, there’s nothing to hide.
3. And only you.
Or at least most of the time. You’re our number one. We chose you for a reason. We chose you because you’re special. We don’t take this lightly. For us, there’s no point in being with someone if they’re not our best friend, the first person we want to talk to in the morning, the first person we want to share good news with.
4. Comfort comes first.
For us, love equals comfort. We won't waste our time with someone who makes us nervous. Who challenges us beyond our desires and limits. You might make us nervous at first. And when we're getting to know you, you'll only see us all dolled up in make-up and dresses. But when we finally reach the comfort zone, we're in it for the long haul. And it's pretty much sweatpants, sleeping, and Netflix from now on.
5. We can be patient
With the ones we love, and that's pretty much it. If we're not pissed that you're late, if we're not tapping our foot because you're taking your time, you know this is real. Because not getting our way is very, very, hard for us . . .
6. But we get what we want.
While we practice patience with you, we'll always get what we want from you. It's part of who we are. We were literally born this way, so we can't really help it. There will never be arguments over what to have for dinner or what to watch on Netflix, because we always know exactly what we want.
7. We’ll shower you with gifts.
While they're appreciated, don’t feel like you have to give us any in return. Giving and showing our affection for you is important to us. We want to shout our love for you from every mountain top, but we're too tired to take the hike. So, we stick with gifts.
8. And yes, that includes sex.
We like sex. A lot. Especially when it's with the person we love. With us, it's always making love, no amtter how kinky it gets . . .
9. Sometimes, we forget that you’re supposed to come first.
But that doesn’t mean we don’t love you, or don’t care. it just means we need a good shake to wake up from our self-indulgence.
10. Jealousy is a good thing.
Sometimes we get a bit very possessive. If we see someone flirting, we might make a rash decision that makes us seem crazy. But it’s only because we’re crazy about you, and want to ourselves all the time. If we’re not jealous of anyone when it comes to you, we’re honestly probably not that into you in the first place.
