11 Signs You’re The Real Life Buddy the Elf

1. You’re always smiling.

“I like smiling, smiling is my favorite.”

Smiles are contagious. And in your case, you try to spread the happy everywhere you can.

2. Candy is one of your main food groups.

“We elves try to stick to the four main food groups; candy, candy canes, candy corns and syrup.”

Your food pyramid is largely made up of sweets. Unlike most people who feel guilt for eating candy, you don’t.

3. You love Christmas more than anyone you know.

“Well Christmas is the best time of the year.”

While thanksgiving is nice, the only thing you like about it, is it ending because then you can begin the build up of Christmas.

4. You frequently break out in song.

“I’m singing, I’m in a store and I’m singing.”

Even if your voice is bad you find yourself singing to others. And when you aren’t doing that, you sing in the privacy of your own house, belting out your favorite tunes…which mostly are Christmas songs come December 1st.

5. You don’t always fit in.

“I’m just a cotton headed ninny muggings.”

Your kindness and positivity, make you stick out like a sore thumb. Some people wonder, if it’s an act but once they get to know you, they realize it’s just who you are.

6. Your high levels of positive energy annoy people

“World’s best cup of coffee… congratulations.”

If someone needs a boost in positivity, they turn to you. But as you’re smiling and happy on a Monday, most people look at you bitterly with resentment.

7. You refrain from cursing at all costs.

“Son of a nutcracker.”

If you were to ever curse, everyone’s head would turn.

8. You’re good at fixing things/destroying them.

“I’m sorry I ruined your lives, and crammed eleven cookies into the VCR”

You are either a hero with your engineering whit, or you’re breaking the first nice thing you have.

9. You know there is good in everyone.

“There’s room for everyone on the nice list.”

You genuinely believe there is good in everyone, and think it’s your civil duty to find it.

10. You rarely complain.

“This place looks like Santa’s work shop! Except it smells like mushrooms and everyone looks like they want to hurt me.”

You take criticism like a champ, and do exactly what you’re told. There isn’t time to complain, when you are focusing on everything positive.

11. You don’t hold back telling people how you feel about them.

“Guess what I love you, I love you, I love yooouuu.”

The way you feel about everyone and everything isn’t something to be ashamed of. You say it loud, and you say it with pride, not holding anything back.

While people might first look at you a little confused, as you are a bit peculiar, your impact in all of their lives, leaves a mark touching all of their hearts.
