The friendships you make in college are so different from any other friendships you make. You truly do grow up and learn with these people. They are there for you when it seems like the whole world is against you.
These friends are the people that have the ability to make or break your college experience. And there are more than a few things you should definitely thank them for…
- For the wild nights you don’t remember…
- …and the nights you just stayed in and watched Disney movies.
- For swiping your food when your meal plan runs out.
- For picking you up when you’re stranded.
- For pulling every all-nighter with you…
- …even though you may have gotten more done if you weren’t together.
- For listening to you complain about all the things.
- But reminding you that things will get better.
- For never judging your bad and questionable decisions.
- And probably make a few of their own with you.
- For coming to see me on breaks, even if they live thousands of miles away.
- For always being down for late night food runs.
- Especially pizza.
- Whether you’re both drunk or not.
- For sharing your clothes.
- For making you go out when you wanted to be lame and stay in…
- …And making sure it’s one of the best nights.
- For understanding every drunk text message you send them.
- For making sure you’re ok when you’re sick.
- For going to class for you when you want to skip.
- For letting you sleep in their bed.
- Or for forgiving you when you make them sleep on the futon because you brought someone home.
- For always being honest and telling it like it is, but always having your back.
- For being your partners in crime, your wingmen, your beer pong partners, and your family.
