It is okay.
We have all been there. We have all had those days.
We have all had those days where you hold your head down so that no one can see the tears silently slipping down your face, leaving invisible trails on your cheeks.
She feels like she used to be so much stronger… so much more in control of her life. Now all she wants to do is yell and scream and cry.
She feels as if this world has broken her. It has left her bleeding and bruised, lying on the ground, wishing that this overwhelming, all-consuming feeling of confusion would disappear.
Days like these are inevitable, there is nothing she could do to avoid them.
There will always be days when she just wants to hit something because she feels there is no other way to deal with this feeling of nothing.
There will always be those nights, when she so badly wants to fall asleep and numb all the pain but her mind and body fight the constant fight that seems to consume her like a flame.
There will always be those days.
But on another day, all that is blue will crumble away. Everything that felt so heavy, that pulled her down into the darkness is going to feel like a faint memory.
She will be okay. She will pick herself up, dust herself off, and bandage up that bleeding heart.
She will surround herself with those that love her and she will slowly feel better, hour by hour, day by day.
She will be okay.
