An affair is where emotions are felt and I don’t understand why anyone would willingly choose to be the runner-up?
I would like to think that these people were the scum of the earth and had no morals, but I know people who have affairs or have had them, and not all of them are unscrupulous harlots.
Not all of them are terrible people, most of them aren’t. Most of the people who have affairs are wonderful, kind, caring, compassionate and get caught up in the affection that is given by the romancer.
The ones who knowingly went after married men, they are a bit lower on the moral chart but they still aren’t bad people, they are just people.
