If it Doesn’t Challenge You, it Won’t Change You

It is interesting what you can find out about yourself when you unplug and refocus your attention on the more positive things. In the past week, I have been more focused at work, I’ve been writing more, reading and taking time for me. To sum it all up, I’ve been more present than I usually am. You could laugh and say “big deal, it was only a week.” I feel so relieved and almost as if a weight of stress has been lifted off just by unplugging-even if it was only for a week!

Sometimes we allow what we may or may not see on social media to affect us.  A little advice, if you don’t look, you won’t upset yourself over something that most likely wasn’t worth getting upset about in the first place.
