8 Reasons Why Having Big Boobs Can Actually Be A Problem

Many ladies consider having big boobs a blessing. If you have large breasts, you will feel like you are “blessed” and feel well-endowed. But remember it is a kind of a roller coaster ride of having both good and bad times with this characteristic.

Here we discuss a few reasons and things that show why having bigger sized breasts is not always glamorous or sexy.

1. Back/ Spinal Issues

Carrying around a pair of large sized boobs on your upper body can cause some real problems such as severe back or spinal pain. Those extra pounds of fat and tissue opposite your back can cause pain, pressure, and overall discomfort.

If you are feeling constant pain around your back, shoulders, or neck, you should never overlook it. Your big breasts could be a contributing factor in it.  To manage this pain, you can opt for breast reduction surgery.

Sometimes, physiotherapy, massaging your back and shoulders, and stretching and using exercise balls too can help ease the back pain and manage posture.

2. Can’t Sleep Comfortably

If you have big boobs, it will make it too hard for you to sleep especially if you want to sleep on your stomach or your side. Of course, sleeping on your stomach seems to be the most comfortable sleeping position. However, unfortunately, it is not for you.

If you try to sleep that way, you will feel like you are going to burst from the inside out. There are similar challenges to sleeping on the side. You feel like the mounds of skin, tissue, and fat deposits are going to be painfully mashed together. It can also create a waterfall of boob sweat. When everyone wakes up with a cup of coffee, you wake up with back pain. To put it succinctly, big boobs make sleeping less enjoyable for you.

3. Working Out Can Feel Like Torture

After securing your boobs down with sports bra, it can still come in the way of your gym workouts.

You have a constant threat of running poses. Nobody can run comfortably with two melons strapped to their chests. Do you agree?

Every day exercise will be impossible for you such as push-ups. This is because there will be so much space between the breasts and the floor during a push-up which will make the exercise strenuous.

4. Some Styles Will Look Horrible On You

When you have big boobs, so many clothing styles and attires are simply not an option for you. You cannot wear anything that you love to wear. For example, if you want to wear a backless dress, you will feel like it is telling you “do not make us laugh”.

Similarly, the entire lacy Victoria Secret’s collection bra is out of your reach, due to the breast size. Whether you like it or not, you have to wear a giant grandma support bra with 2-inch-wide straps.

If you try to wear a low-cut top, it will give you crazy amounts of cleavage and gives off the impression you are trying hard to fit in the outfit, when in reality, it is not the truth.

5. You Will Get Way Too Much Unwanted Attention

Being a well-endowed female comes with the added pleasure of getting too much attention that you seriously do not want to indulge in. Sometimes having bigger curves make you prone to catcalling.

You get excess attention and sometimes verbal or gesture harassment. This can be a major turn-off of having larger sized breasts.

6. Breast-Feeding Is Almost Impossible

Having big breasts can create a difficulty for you while breastfeeding your child. You will not be able to easily figure out where exactly your nipple is located and where the baby’s mouth.

It can really give you tons of stress and struggle in ensuring that your baby has latched on to your boobs appropriately. Your big boobs might end up suffocating your baby by covering his/her entire face or nose.

Your baby might end up drinking a lot of milk that ultimately results in other problems.

7. Rashes and Infections Under the Breasts

Your big boobs can make the skin to fold or rub on itself. That results in red marks, rashes, or infections around the area. It because while bathing you face difficulty to access the area.

Therefore, it might happen that you cannot clean the area properly. If this is the case, you can opt for breast reduction or uplifting surgery.

8. Health Problems

Larger breasts = an increased risk of cancer. If you have huge boobs then it is harder to do mammograms and they hurt more too. That means more radiation and an increased risk of cancer.

Larger breasts have been linked to causing migraines, shortness of breath, numbness, and persistent pain in certain women.

If you have big natural breasts then don’t ignore any one of these symptoms or a combination of them. It is highly recommended that you should consult a doctor.

If you are a part of the big boobs club, then you can easily resonate with the health concerns or issues discussed above. It can be the reason for many health problems.

Therefore, if you want to get rid of them you can take the help of physiotherapy, breast reduction or uplift surgery, or can simply lose some extra pounds. You should take it seriously and learn how to work these twins to your advantage.

Don’t let big boobs be paradoxically a huge pain in the ass, and take the apt corrective measures today itself!

This Strapless Bra From Amazon Is A Godsend For Any Woman With Big Boobs

Having big boobs is not all that it’s cracked up to be. For many, they dream of having a huge chest—why, I’m not sure. If you’re like me and you have huge boobs, every day is a nightmare. Your back hurts, you can barely shop in normal stores, and everything is expensive. The worst part is that you can’t wear certain things because you don’t want to look slutty, saggy, or gross. Strapless anything is usually a no-go.

But, recently, I discovered a strapless bra on Amazon that everyone and their mother swear by. I was skeptical at first, seeing as I have tried every style and type of strapless bra and can’t seem to find anything that supports me. But, after reading reviews, I was sold.

First, the bra comes in a lot of cute colors.

It has underwire—which is a huge plus for anyone with a huge chest because we need that support, honey.

It may not be the cutest bra on the market, but women everywhere are saying that it is a godsend for their large chest. Just check out some of these 5-star reviews on Amazon.

Supportive for a 38DD

I’m still in shock that this strapless bra provides as much support as it does. I’m a 38DD and I had almost given up on finding a strapless solution that would work for me. Even better, it’s actually comfortable! Now that I know what size works best for me (1X), I’m going purchase the same bra in additional colors.

And, for a 34DDD.

I am freaking IN LOVE WITH THIS! HOLY CRAP!!! I can NEVER, I have NEVER found a bandeau to work for my 34DDD bust. The band is always gigantic or the boob area is entirely too small, it just never works. Well my gosh. I was SO skeptical ordering a medium. I was like there’s no way in h*ll this will work for me. WRONG. It’s great. Seriously. It has such stretch and the underwire actually fits too. It won’t give you much lift, but it does separate and doesn’t squish them to the sides. The band is REALLY stretchy and I have zero issues with it falling down. The fabric is thin so it won’t help you much if it’s ahem, cold. I still love it though. I’ll be ordering in every color.

And, for an F!

Okay, I am a 32 F and this is the only comfortable and mostly supportive strapless bra I have yet to find. And I have tried them all! From wacoal’s $65 strapless to the cheap ones that are just bands. This is honestly the best. I got a size small. Hint! If you layer this one under the cheap band one it is extra perfect!

And, it’s comfortable.

LOVE THIS BRA! It’s incredibly comfortable. Like, sleep in it comfy. Even with the underwire it’s the most comfortable bra. The wide band camouflages and smooths out any back rolls. And it stays up pretty well. I wore it under a tee for several house and didn’t have to yank it up once. I didn’t run around or do anything crazy but for normal day to day activity it was fine for me. I’m normally a 36D and ordered the medium because I wanted to make sure it was snug enough to stay put. Fit great, didn’t dig or pinch at all. I got the pink color and just ordered two more in nude and black.

Listen, don’t get me wrong. Big boobies are a gift to this world, maybe one of the nicest things to exist. However having them isn’t always a walk in the park. There are certain problems every single girl with big ole tiddies has experienced and (breast reduction aside) will forever experience.

2. Not being able to find a cute bra anywhere:

31 Struggles Only Us Busty Girls Understand

Jugs. Knockers. Cantaloupes. It’s safe to say that our culture… appreciates a voluptuous female form. Lovely ladies come in all shapes and sizes, and they all have their own perks and struggles. Us girls with a few extra curves up top are a special group with special struggles only we understand. Here are a few:

  1. Camisoles with built-in bras. Ha. No. Nice try, though.
  2. Soooo… As, Bs and Cs, get all the lacey and polka dot bra options, but Ds, DDs, and beyond are stuck with plain white or beige? Cool.
  3. Growing up everyone assumed you were older. I’m twelve please stop looking at me like that.
  4. Unless you’re wearing a turtleneck, there’s probably cleavage happening.
  5. Like, shirts that look casual on your A-cup friends just look like “HERE ARE MY BOOBS” on you.
  6. But rocking just the exact right amount of cleavage is a magical thing.
  7. Forget about button down shirts. You always think that this one fits, until surprise gap. Gaps everywhere. Gaps for days.
  8. Or you just pop a button in public.
  9. When you don’t feel like brushing your hair or wrestling with eyeliner… so you just grab your favorite plunging neckline and trust that no one will be looking at your face.
  10. Working out means two sports bras at least.
  11. Cross body bags and seat belts are always trying to destroy you.
  12. When you try to lie on your stomach. Oof.
  13. When you lie on your stomach on the beach and you can carve out two convenient boob holes in the sand. Life is beautiful.
  14. One size fits all? Lies. ALL LIES.
  15. You’re a pro at the subtle adjust-your-boobs-in-public maneuver.
  16. The Oscars red carpet makes you sad because you could never wear anything that backless. Or with that much sideboob. At least, not without popping out all over the place. At least your girl Christina Hendricks is out there repping busty ladies everywhere.
  17. High tables or bars = convenient boob shelf.
  18. You dread unexpected running. Ow ow ow ow ow ow.
  19. Ditto walking down stairs.
  20. When you find that dress that makes you look vavoom in the best way.
  21. All your strapless bras just really want to be belts.
  22. Which means that strapless dresses are a dangerous game.
  23. So is moving too quickly in a bikini.
  24. Removing your bra only to be showered with crumbs and the occasional pen cap. Why are there potato chips in here… I didn’t even eat potato chips??
  25. Why do boys assume an amble bosom means you’re just down to clown all the time?
  26. On the other hand, being buxom does make you feel extra sexy when you are down for it.
  27. Praying that the zipper won’t stop right at your bra-line. It fits the bottom half of me, at least.
  28. When your bra is a little too snug, and it gives you that double-boob look. Not cute. Curse you, bra manufacturers, and your inconsistent sizing.
  29. Casually holding your boobs when you’re just chilling at home, because it’s weirdly comfortable. Ok, I get why people are so into them.
  30. Most clothes make you look like a sexpot or a nun in a poncho.
  31. Loving your luscious, well-endowed self, even when it’s a struggle.
