Lesbians have better sex than straight girls. The screen caps in the viral tweet below exemplify the truth of the statement, though it is important to note it is actually one of scientific fact rather than opinion.
Consistently, women who sleep with women report higher levels of sexual satisfaction—regardless of age, race, geography—than do women who sleep with men. Consider these statistics: A 2014 study by the Journal of Sexual Medicine found that lesbians orgasmed 75% of the time during sex, compared with 61% for heterosexual women (the sexual orientation of men, unsurprisingly, had no effect on their orgasm rate.)
A significantly larger study of Americans conducted last year by the Kinsey Institute found the same trends, though with a more alarming disparity; Lesbians reported orgasming 86% of the time during sex, whereas that number was a low 65% for women (again, men, regardless of orientation, said they orgasmed 95% of the time.)
Is it harder for a woman to fake an orgasm when with another woman, than when with a man? Certainly. But lesbians also know what a clitoris is and how to work it—a statement that, depressingly, does not seem to always apply to their male counterparts.
Growing up, things were never easy. Our household consisted of coupon cutting, sporadic family time, and a lot of rushed meals. My mother worked full-time, 6-days a week, and my sisters and I were all at different stages of our life, academically and socially. We were a tight-knit gang of 4—supporting each other every step of the way, but I’d be lying if I said things were easy.
There were times where I answered the phone and the bank was calling about money owed, times when I needed money for a school trip and the funds just weren’t there, times when I woke up in the middle of the night and heard my mom crying, quietly in her room. There were memories that I look back on and wonder if there were things I could have changed. But, there are traits and lessons I have learned, throughout the years, that made me realize that growing up with a single mother was the biggest blessing I could have been given.
How to manage my money.
My mother worked very hard to make sure that my sisters and I had everything we needed. But, working on a single income in New York City with three kids is not easy. In fact, my mom had to budget the sh*t out of her paycheck every single month to make sure she had enough to cover rent, food, electric, clothes, extracurricular funds, etc. Everyone in my family laughs and calls my mom the “bargain hunter,” but, she’s taught me the value of always looking for a less-expensive route in all that I do. Now, as an adult who has moved out on my own, I’m always looking for sales, looking at circular fliers, and trying to get everything for the lowest price possible. In the end, it only pays off—literally.
Most kids don’t know a ton about money. They do tend to know when their families don’t have it, but they don’t typically have a very good grasp of the difference between (upper) middle class and super wealthy.
Twitter user and makeup artist Samantha Ravndahl asked people to share what they thought “was the pinnacle of wealth” to them as kids. Her question got a lot of attention, with people coming through with all sorts of answers from brand name snacks to actual boats. Now that we’re adults, some of the ideas we had about “rich” as kids turned out to be less than accurate, but some of them still hold up (like that boat).

Since the story broke online, multiple people in the Kardashian/Jenner circle have made comments online, basically confirming the reports to be true. Additionally, sources close to the family have stated that Thompson admitted to Khloé that he did hook up with Woods after she confronted him, and, that Kylie Jenner has since asked Woods to move out of her home, where she was living with Kylie and her daughter, Stormi.
Now, on Thursday, Khloé broke her silence through her Instagram stories by posting some cryptic and heartbroken quotes and images for fans and followers to see. The four images are incredibly telling to the situation she is currently in.
The first image is a quote that says, “the worst pain is gettin hurt by a person you explained your pain to,” which, clearly is directed at Jordyn Woods. It’s no secret that Woods has been close with the Kardashian and Jenner family for years—she’s even appeared in early seasons of Keeping Up with the Kardashians alongside a young, teenage Kylie Jenner. It’s probably true that she’s been around when Khloé had spoken about her relationship and situation with Thompson, so, seeing that she betrayed her like that—hurts.

The second quote showcases that Khloé is trying to look at the betrayal—both from Thompson and Woods—as a blessing. She now knows that Thompson cannot be trusted, even after she was kind enough to give him a second chance. And, she knows that she’s not only helping herself, but the rest of the Kardashian and Jenner family (especially Kylie) by exposing Woods’ true colors.

The third quote really tugs at the heartstrings, as a direct message to Thompson. She’s basically saying that she loved Thompson with honesty, truth, and patience, but Thompson continued to dog her and break her heart. This one hurts.

In all honesty, I feel for Khloé. Sure, it’s hard to be surprised that Thompson cheated on her again after she had already been cheated on by him with multiple girls (on camera), but, to be betrayed by someone who has been apart of your circle and your family for years—it hurts twice as hard.
