Believe in Yourself, You’re Much Stronger Than You think

Life doesn’t always go the way you expect it to go. Day after day you are often bombarded with challenges —a challenge that test your patience, shape your character, and allows you to learn an important lesson. And sometimes we fail to pass that challenge.

And the moment we failed, we inclined ourselves to be in the dump and in weak spirit. We start to feel bad about ourselves, think that we’re not good enough, get feed up and eventually give up.

Enough! Stop acting this way. You’re not the only one who face challenges and never will be. We all faced terrible things and survived through it. Life gets better and it’s not just a saying. It’s said because it’s true. Life doesn’t remain one way forever. Keep this in mind and let me be the first one to tell you this…

If You Forget How Strong You Are, Read This

Getting UP And Getting Moving

If you got up today and worked or took an online class. I’m proud of you.

Because I know it probably wasn’t easy.

You probably have a lot going on in your heart.

Maybe being an adult isn’t working for you. You have to work to make that bank and you gotta go to school to finish that degree, but all you want to do is stay in bed and not even face the window.

Maybe you’re in a relationship and you don’t know whether or not you want to be in it for the long run. Your mind is consumed with the everlasting question: what does this mean?

Maybe you’re falling apart.

You feel like you’re sitting in a pocket of darkness and you have a lot of trouble seeing your reflection. Your dreams seem non-existence, swallowed by reality and you just wanna escape.

And it’s so easy in these moments to think how incredibly weak you are. How as much as you want to say you’re strong, you feel so small and fragile.

There are so many feelings fighting to come out. Your heart is so tender, so sensitive like a newborn and like a newborn, you have to protect it, which makes you feel weak.

But if you’re able to go about your day despite all of that, than you’re actually pretty strong.

Seriously, it may sound enabling or sugar coated but it does come from an honest heart. It takes a lot of strength to keep going when you can’t see beyond the situation you’re in.

It takes a lot of back bone to continue walking down the path you chose just a little while longer even though you’d rather go back to where you came from.

Or just let the world swallow you up

Because a part of you has grown tired of living, but another part of you doesn’t want to give up and though that part of you is smaller, still you follow it. Pushing through those obstacles and learning many things along the way.

Because you are strong.

You’re exercising the muscles of your soul, your heart against those things that seek to bury you into defeat. But you push through it all and realize that you have so much to offer, so much you want to do.

And even if you’re not, even if you’re unsure about where you’re going, always remember that you are enough. And you are resilient.
